Why Poland Attracts Ukrainians
The demand for workforce in Poland remains consistently high due to the aging population and emigration of local workers to Western Europe. Ukrainians, in turn, have the opportunity to work officially, with social contributions and insurance.
According to employment expert Vitalii Serhiyovych Belents, Ukrainian workers are valued in Poland for their discipline and willingness to work intensively:
«Polish employers are looking specifically for Ukrainians because they learn quickly, are not afraid of physical work, and often stay for a long time. Even without a diploma, our people have a chance to earn decently — the main thing is to work officially and know their rights».
The expert noted that in 2025 the number of job offers in the fields of delivery, production, and logistics will increase, as businesses actively expand their staff before the holiday season.
