The President announced yet another prisoner exchange

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky prepared for a meeting with the Russian delegation set to take place in Turkey. The President emphasized the importance of freeing Ukrainian military personnel and civilians from Russian captivity. Zelensky also noted that procedures for a new prisoner exchange have already begun and hopes for a successful outcome.It is also known that the Ukrainian delegation at the negotiations in Istanbul with Russia will be headed by the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council, Rustem Umerov. The aim of the meeting is to discuss key topics for bilateral dialogue. Zelensky has already pointed out three main topics for discussion with the Russian side.
