According to МВС: Under Decree No. 714/2026, signed by the president, state awards have been conferred on personnel from the National Guard of Ukraine, the State Border Guard Service, the State Emergency Service, and the National Police.   • 146 members of the National Guard of Ukraine,
  • 38 personnel of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine,
  • 39 specialists of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine,
  • 25 officers of the National Police of Ukraine.
