Temporary Suspension of NABU’s Online Submission Service Due to Technical Issues and Alternative Ways to Submit Requests
Important Update on Submission Methods
According to НАБУ: The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) has temporarily halted the acceptance of electronic appeals, applications, and inquiries via its email system due to technical difficulties. During this downtime, individuals can still submit their requests through other available channels, including:
- by phone;
- by mail;
- or in person at the public reception office.
For phone submissions, NABU offers a toll-free hotline at 0 800 213 200. Mail can be sent to the address: 03035, Kyiv, D. Monastyrskyi Street, 3. Those who prefer to visit can do so at the same location through the public reception office. Updates on when electronic services will resume will be communicated in due course.
How This Affects Citizens
Since electronic submissions usually provide a faster and more convenient way to communicate, the temporary suspension might slow down the processing of citizen requests. However, the existence of alternative submission options ensures that the public can maintain contact with NABU during this period. This is crucial to guarantee continued access to bureau services despite the current disruption.
It is advisable to stay informed about the restoration of electronic services to regain the most efficient access to NABU’s offerings.
