Christmas Rush at the Border: Lviv Region Records Unprecedented Passenger Flow

According to glavcom.ua: During the Christmas and New Year holidays, significant increases in passenger traffic were recorded at crossing points in the Lviv region. In particular, the situation is most tense at the 'Krakivets' and 'Shehyni' border crossings. Over the last day, more than 75 thousand people crossed the border, with the majority entering Ukraine. To facilitate border crossing, bus carriers are recommended to use the electronic system 'eQueue'. Measures have also been taken to speed up processing procedures, increasing the number of patrols and automated working places.

All these measures are aimed at ensuring uninterrupted operation of the crossing points during the period of increased passenger traffic during the holiday season.
