Prytula named the condition for the end of the war in 2024
Prytula's position on the future of hostilities
According to Главком: Famous Ukrainian volunteer and public figure Serhiy Prytula expressed a pessimistic opinion about the possibility of ending hostilities in 2024 in an interview with RBC-Ukraine. Prytula believes that the main obstacle to peace is the position of Russian President Vladimir Putin, who shows no willingness for compromises. According to Prytula, Ukraine should prepare for further struggle, emphasizing the need to develop its own long-range weapons.
Analysis of Putin's statements and actions of the Ukrainian military
Serhiy Prytula analyzed Putin's recent statements made at the St. Petersburg Economic Forum. At this forum, the Russian dictator threatened to use the Oreshnik missile systems. Prytula emphasized that one of the main levers of pressure on the aggressor is the systematic transfer of hostilities to Russian territory. He noted that creating a dead zone for Russian industry and logistics at a distance of 1500-2000 kilometers could be an important step in this struggle.
According to information, the Ukrainian military has already carried out attacks on targets from Tuapse to St. Petersburg. Thus, during the Putin forum, the Ukrainian military devastated the port in Kronstadt. Prytula noted that these actions could be important for changing the course of the war.
'I have some feeling that, probably, this will not happen. Not everything depends on us. There is directly one person who is sitting in the Kremlin, although the tongue does not turn to call him a person. And, based on his rhetoric, in particular what was said at the St. Petersburg Economic Forum, when Putin says that there is no point in negotiating when he is shaking some Oreshnik and so on,' – said Serhiy Prytula.
Thus, Prytula's position reflects the realities of the modern Ukrainian conflict, where the position of the Kremlin continues to play a key role in resolving the situation. Calls for preparation for a prolonged struggle and the development of one's own weapons indicate a serious approach to the challenges that Ukraine faces amid aggression. The continuation of hostilities and the need to adapt strategies indicate the difficult path that still lies ahead for Ukraine in achieving stability and security in the region.
