PrivatBank extended free card delivery abroad: how to receive it

PrivatBank together with Mastercard extended the program of free card delivery for Ukrainians abroad until the end of 2025. This program covers more than 60 countries worldwide and helps Ukrainians access their funds without additional costs. To order a card for delivery, you need to select a card for reissue in the Privat24 application, fill in the delivery details, and choose the country. The card will be delivered abroad within 7-30 days. The most cards are sent to Poland, Germany, and the Czech Republic, but customers of different ages and groups use the program. The program includes the most popular types of cards provided by the bank, including cards for pensioners and businesses. Customers can continue to use their card even after it expires, and a new one can only be ordered if necessary.
