PrivatBank extends the validity period of cards: what to do when it gets damaged
The press service of PrivatBank explained to Ukrainians how to act when the validity period of their bank card expires. One way is to apply for a new card by visiting any bank branch. It is also possible to receive an updated card via delivery service, both in Ukraine and abroad. In the mobile application, this procedure is quite simple - you need to enter the 'Wallet' section, find the card you want to replace and activate the 'Order card' option.
There is also an alternative - creating a virtual Digital card through the 'Privat24' platform. This card allows you to make payments in stores using a mobile phone, perform various transactions, and withdraw cash through PrivatBank ATMs.
Due to the state of war in the country, the validity period of all PrivatBank plastic cards has been automatically extended. This means that the cards continue to function in full for various operations, including purchases, payment of services, and cash withdrawals.
PrivatBank has explained to its clients how best to act when the validity period of a bank card expires. Clients can immediately apply for a new card or use a virtual Digital card through the 'Privat24' platform. It was also reminded that due to the state of war in Ukraine, the validity period of PrivatBank's plastic cards has been automatically extended.
