PrivatBank has presented a new version of the Privat24 mobile application, focusing on improving usability and accessibility of digital services for all clients. The update includes technical changes aimed at simplifying navigation, optimizing visual perception, and facilitating access to key banking functions.

The updated application contains complete details on the main screen, including card number, IBAN account, and balance separation into different types of funds. Card management has become easier, and the transaction history has been updated with convenient search and statement generation.

Commenting on the update, member of the board of PrivatBank for retail business issues, Dmytro Musiyenko, noted: 'We do not stop the development of innovations and digital services. It is extremely important for us to ensure accessibility of services and focus on the best client experience. The bank's IT team constantly analyzes user feedback and requests to make Privat24 even more convenient.'

The application now also supports screen narration via VoiceOver and TalkBack to facilitate use by people with visual impairments. A contrast mode, font enlargement, and other improvements aimed at user convenience in various conditions have been implemented.

The update has also affected the placement of main services: loans, the 'Privet' loyalty program, and the 'Envelopes' saving feature are now located at the bottom of the screen for quick access.
