New Customs Code of Ukraine: What Will Change for Businesses and Citizens

The work on the new Customs Code of Ukraine continues in order to comply with European customs legislation. Recently, a dialogue took place among experts from the Ministry of Finance, the State Customs Service, scientists, businesses, and the public. The adaptation of terms, alignment of key concepts, and the possible implementation of articles from the EU Customs Code into Ukrainian legislation were discussed.

Let us remind you that in August the Government supported the project of the new Customs Code of Ukraine and sent it for evaluation by the European Commission and consultations with businesses.
