Cloudy but dry weather is predicted for the Kyiv region and the capital. In Kyiv itself, the overnight low will be 0°C to -2°C, rising to +3°C to +5°C during the day. Across the broader Kyiv region, nighttime temperatures will vary from +3°C to -2°C, with daytime highs of +1°C to +6°C.

Wind and Weather Conditions

In Kyiv, a northwesterly wind of 7-12 m/s is expected. Icy patches may form on roads overnight in some areas, requiring caution. A significant cold snap is anticipated across Ukraine starting March 9, which will impact weather conditions in most regions.
