Program 'Affordable Loans 5-7-9%'

According to Мінфін: The 'Affordable Loans 5-7-9%' program continues to support small businesses in Ukraine. Last week, authorized banks provided 686 concessional loans totaling 3.3 billion UAH. This initiative promotes entrepreneurship and provides financial support for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises.

Loan Statistics

Since the beginning of 2025, 28,873 loans totaling 87.7 billion UAH have been issued. Under the conditions of martial law in Ukraine, 98,508 loans totaling 364.1 billion UAH have been provided. In total, since the program started, 133,330 loan agreements worth 453.7 billion UAH have been concluded, which indicates its effectiveness and importance for the country's economy.

The 'Affordable Loans 5-7-9%' program continues to play its role in supporting entrepreneurship in Ukraine, especially in the face of challenges posed by the war. Given the significant number of loans provided, it can be argued that the initiative plays a key role in the recovery and development of small and medium-sized businesses, which is an important factor for stabilizing the country's economy. The further development of the program may contribute to increasing trust in financial institutions and stimulating investment in the real sector of the economy.
