Since the imposition of martial law in Ukraine, 112,381 loans amounting to 426.8 billion UAH have been provided. In total, since the program’s launch, 147,203 loan agreements have been signed, with the overall lending volume reaching 516.4 billion UAH. The initiative is managed by the National Development Institution (NDI).

Why This Program Matters

The '5-7-9%' loan scheme serves as a critical lifeline for Ukrainian entrepreneurs, especially amid the economic disruptions caused by the war. By offering affordable credit, it helps sustain business operations, drive growth, and create new jobs-key factors in the country’s economic recovery.

The continued rollout of this program underscores the government’s commitment to bolstering entrepreneurship in Ukraine, a move that could help stabilize the nation’s economic outlook.

As the demand for financial support grows, it's noteworthy that entrepreneurs in high-risk areas have recently secured substantial funding. In a remarkable surge, businesses obtained record amounts in loans amidst conflict, highlighting the resilience and determination of Ukrainian enterprises to thrive despite challenging circumstances. This trend further emphasizes the importance of government-backed initiatives in fostering economic stability.
