According to Прокуратура Київ: The Prosecutor's Office won a lawsuit and forced the construction company to return nearly 1.8 million hryvnias that were overpaid for the repair of a shelter in one of the capital's schools. This amount is part of the money that the company received for renovation work at a school in the Pecherskyi district. Suspecting inflated volumes of work and prices, the prosecutor's office appealed to the court and won!
Thus, the excessively paid funds were returned to the budget of the city of Kyiv, and the contractor for the repair received an appropriate response for their actions.
