PrivatBank launched currency exchange in ATMs: how it works and what has changed

According to hvylya.net: PrivatBank expands the capabilities of its terminals, allowing customers to exchange foreign currency directly for cash using a new service - automatic exchange through the ATM-Recycler. Now it is convenient to convert dollars and euros without having to load money onto a card account in advance. It is also worth noting that the bank offers commission-free currency exchange at its internal rate, allowing for easy and quick exchanges of up to 1000 dollars or euros at a time.

In case of a card loss in PrivatBank's equipment, the owner will have to contact the issuing bank for recovery.

It is also important to remember that now PrivatBank retains confiscated cards in its terminals, even if they belong to other banks. This means that if you lost or left your card in the ATM, you will have to contact your bank for further action.
