Vladimir Putin stated his disagreement with the points of the US peace proposals, emphasizing that this is complex work.

The American peace plan contains 27 positions grouped into four blocks. The diplomatic mission of US envoys to Moscow took place on December 2. Putin's assistant Yuri Ushakov reported that the parties have not yet found a common denominator, indicating a lack of progress in the discussions.
