According to Пенсії (RSS): Individuals who obtained eligibility status by August 24, 2024, qualifying them for the one-time financial assistance commemorating Ukraine’s Independence Day, are invited to submit an application to the Pension Fund of Ukraine. This benefit is governed by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine’s resolution No. 1396 dated December 27, 2023, titled 'Certain Issues of Social Protection for Persons with Special Labor Merits to the Homeland, War Veterans, and Those Working Under Special Conditions.'
