According to hvylya.net: Ukraine has withdrawn from the international convention banning anti-personnel mines. President Volodymyr Zelensky signed a decision to this effect, citing the situation in the east of the country, where Russia is mass using mines against Ukrainian servicemen and civilians. Indeed, this is a necessary step in the war against an aggressor who does not comply with international agreements. The next step will be to consider the matter in the Verkhovna Rada, which must adopt legislation to support this decision. Such a step has already been taken by Poland, Latvia, Estonia, and Finland.
