Registration for NMT-2026 has started: how to do it for applicants

In Ukraine, on March 5, registration started for participation in the national multistage test (NMT) of 2026. Applicants can submit their applications until April 2 inclusively through a special online service. This is reported by the Ukrainian Center for Educational Quality Assessment.

To participate in the testing, future entrants need to create a personal account on the website of the Ukrainian Center for Educational Quality Assessment and upload the required documents.

Registration for NMT-2026: how to create a personal account

You can create an account for participation in the testing in two ways:

• via the application «Diia», in which case some of the registration documents will be automatically filled in;

• by manually filling out the form with personal data and uploading scanned copies of documents.

After filling out all fields, the applicant must send the information for processing. If this is not done, the regional education quality assessment center will not be able to process the data, and registration will be considered incomplete.

Participants of NMT-2026: what to do after submitting documents

After sending the documents, entrants are advised to regularly check their personal account. This is where the registration confirmation or a message about the need to correct errors will appear.

If the system reports drawbacks, they need to be corrected, and the information should be resubmitted for verification.

Important dates for applicants:

• registration for NMT lasts until April 2, 2026;

• errors in documents can be corrected until April 7.

The Center for Educational Quality Assessment advises not to postpone registration until the last days to have enough time to check data and correct possible errors.

The national multistage test is used for admission to Ukrainian higher education institutions and is conducted instead of the traditional external independent assessment. It was introduced after the start of the full-scale war to ensure the possibility of admission even in difficult security conditions.
