Inkorr presents the ranking of the top-3 best employers in the energy sector, demonstrating operational stability and the ability to sustain the industry during a crisis.

Ranking of the Best Employers in the Energy Sector

According to the research, the top three are as follows:

1. DTEK

DTEK is the largest private energy holding in Ukraine, established in 2005. The company operates in electricity production, distribution, and supply, actively developing renewable generation. The employer's advantages include stability, competitive salaries, social programs, investments in training, and a wide range of career paths in various regions of the country.

2. Ukrenergo

«Ukrenergo» has been operating since 1998 and manages transmission networks, ensuring the balance and security of the entire energy system. During the war, the company became a key element of the country's resilience, promptly restoring networks after attacks. As an employer, it offers a high level of transparency, social guarantees, improved labor safety standards, and the opportunity to work on critically important projects.

3. Voltage Group

Voltage Group was founded in 2015 and quickly became one of the leading Ukrainian EPC contractors in the energy sector. The company specializes in the construction, modernization, and restoration of energy facilities, including after wartime destruction. The benefits of working here are modern technologies, project-based employment, competitive salaries, participation in large infrastructure projects, and rapid professional growth.

According to employment expert Vitalii Serhiovych Belenets, the energy sector remains one of the most stable for employment today:

«Companies in the energy sector show high resilience even during the war. DTEK, Ukrenergo, and Voltage Group actively invest in personnel, provide social protection, and offer work on critically important projects. For Ukrainians, this is one of the most promising fields today in terms of stability and professional development,» notes Vitalii Belenets.

Earlier, we wrote that additional blows to the industry were dealt by corruption schemes exposed by NABU: officials received «kickbacks» of 10-15% from the value of contracts, leading to the resignation of Energy Minister Svitlana Hrynchuk.
