Ranking of the Best Employers in the Energy Sector of Ukraine

Ukrainian energy sector enters winter 2025 amid constant attacks and extraordinary pressure on the system. Russia continues to strike critical infrastructure, leading to significant power losses and large-scale blackouts. According to the research, the top three are as follows:

1. DTEK

DTEK is the largest private energy holding in Ukraine, established in 2005. The company operates in electricity production, distribution, and supply, actively developing renewable generation. 3. Voltage Group

Voltage Group was founded in 2015 and quickly became one of the leading Ukrainian EPC contractors in the energy sector.
