Rating of the Most Dangerous Cities in Europe: Which Capitals Top the List
According to gazeta.ua: Traveling in Europe can be exciting and interesting, but some cities may hide dangers. According to experts, the most dangerous capitals and cities in Europe are Brussels, Stockholm, and Marseille.
The activity of drug traffickers' gangs has increased in the neighborhoods of Anderlecht and Molenbeek. By mid-August, 57 shootings had been recorded, 20 of which occurred during the summer holidays.
In Stockholm, 55 shootings have been recorded, resulting in the deaths of nine people by August 2025. In Marseille, last year, 24 people died due to drug-related shootings.
Fortunately, there are cities with moderate crime risks, such as Paris, Copenhagen, Athens, Lisbon, Rome, and Madrid, where, although shootings do occur, the threat to citizens is lower. On the other hand, Budapest, Warsaw, Valletta, and others are among the safest cities on the continent, where shootings are considered rare.
Overall, traveling in Europe can be thrilling, but it is always wise to be cautious and attentive in dangerous areas.
