Notifications about paper summons
Reserve+ повідомить про виклики на паперових носіях: як працюватиме нова функція

The 'Reserve+' application and its new features

According to Главком: The 'Reserve+' application will send notifications about paper summons, which will help conscripts stay informed about their status. This new function will allow users to receive informational notifications about the status of summons, but it should be noted that these notifications do not constitute official delivery of the summons. The notification function is voluntary, meaning that the user can choose whether to activate it.

Important information from notifications

The notifications sent by 'Reserve+' will contain important information, including:

  • the date and time when one needs to appear at the territorial recruitment and social support center (TCSP)
  • the delivery of summons through 'Ukrposhta'
  • new notifications regarding registration, deregistration, exclusion from the register, and cancellation of deferment
As noted by the representative of the Ministry of Defense, Olga Reshetilova, 'the delivery of summons to conscripts should not be carried out by territorial recruitment centers.'

The Ministry emphasized that the notification function is voluntary, and the user has the option to enable or disable it in the application menu at their discretion. This innovation aims to improve communication between conscripts and the authorities responsible for military registration.

The introduction of the new notification function in the 'Reserve+' application can significantly facilitate the process of informing conscripts about their status and duties. Given that the delivery of paper summons through 'Ukrposhta' may take some time, electronic notifications will allow for receiving up-to-date information without delays. This also reflects the Ministry of Defense's commitment to modernizing the military registration system and improving communication with citizens.
