The Financial Sector of Ukraine is Losing Resilience
Фінансова стабільність України зазнає нових викликів: результати опитування.

Recently published survey results showed that the financial sector remains generally resilient to significant challenges, but some leaders of financial institutions express outrage at the potential deterioration of the situation in the next six months.

The balance of assessments regarding the current state of the sector has slightly worsened and returned to the level of the previous year, but most respondents did not notice significant changes over the past six months and do not expect them in the near future.

Regarding resilience to potential shocks, the overall risk level remains relatively high. At the same time, some leaders of financial institutions noted for the first time in many years the very low resilience of the financial sector to significant negative events.

The greatest sources of risk remain the war with Russia, corruption, and issues related to the operation of law enforcement and judicial authorities.

In the new survey, the financial sector showed a certain level of resilience, but some experts have serious well-founded concerns about potential problems in the future. The overall resilience of the sector remains under control but requires attention and caution due to potential systemic risks that may arise in the coming months.
