NABU identified violations worth billions: results of large-scale inspections over 10 months

According to НАЗК: Results of full inspections of NABU declarations for 10 months of 2025

The National Anti-Corruption Bureau completed 846 full inspections of declarations. Of this number, violations were found in 843 declarations. In 58% of the inspected declarations, signs of unreliable information, illegal enrichment, unjustified assets, and violations of restrictions defined by anti-corruption legislation were recorded. In 13 declarations, signs of illegal enrichment amounting to UAH 463.2 million were found, in 24 - unjustified assets amounting to UAH 110.2 million, and in 438 - signs of unreliable declaration amounting to over UAH 3.497 billion, as well as conflicts of interest in thirteen cases.

Compared to previous years, in the period of 10 months in 2021, signs of violations were found in 19% of checked declarations, and in 2024 - in 48%. This indicates a trend towards an increasing number of detected violations in declarations.
