At night, the Russians attacked the Ivano-Frankivsk region. The target was an infrastructure facility. This was reported by 'Glavkom' referencing the head of the Ivano-Frankivsk OVA, Svitlana Onyshchuk.

Preliminarily, there were no casualties. As a result of the attack, a fire broke out.

Fire in Kalush district

The State Emergency Service clarified that a fire broke out in storage facilities in the Kalush district at three locations, covering a total area of about 9 thousand square meters. Rescuers localized the fire, and the liquidation is ongoing.

Massive drone attack on Ukraine

It should be noted that on the night of September 3, the occupiers carried out a massive drone attack on Ukraine. The main focus of the strike was Lutsk, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Znamianka (Kirovohrad region), and Donetsk region.

In Vyshhorod, as a result of the enemy attack, there was a fire from the wreckage of a downed target between residential apartment buildings. A car and windows of buildings were damaged. The fire that broke out after the impact has already been extinguished.

According to the mayor of Khmelnytskyi, as a result of the Russian attack, there were damages and fires. Rescuers are already working on eliminating the consequences. In particular, public transport in the city will operate with deviations from the schedule.

Specifically, that night, the enemy once again struck railway infrastructure. As a result of the attack, four workers received non-critical shrapnel injuries. The railway workers were hospitalized, and their condition is assessed by doctors as satisfactory.

Also at night, Poland sent up its aviation due to the attack by the Russian terrorist army on Ukraine. The operational command is monitoring the current situation, and the forces and means under its command remain fully ready for immediate response.

By the way, on the night of September 3, the Russian terrorist army attacked Lutsk. As a result, two garages and a utility structure caught fire, and another utility structure was damaged by shrapnel. A private cargo vehicle was completely burnt out.

During the nighttime attacks, the Russians attempted to cause damage to the Ivano-Frankivsk region, as well as other cities in Ukraine. Drones were used to attack infrastructure and civilians, but the actions of Ukrainian rescuers and services allowed a quick reaction to the events and avoided human casualties. Furthermore, the Polish aviation took to the air at the request to monitor enemy actions and is ready to intervene if necessary. The safety of residents remains under special control, and Ukrainian services are prepared.
