According to МВС: Today marks exactly one year since the day when border guard Dmytro Chupikov died. This staff sergeant joined the border rapid response command; his favorite theater of war was Kharkiv. We sincerely honor the memory of the hero who gave his life for his country.
On November 22, 2024, Dmytro Chupikov was killed by an explosion caused by an enemy drone while he was at a observation post. We remember and honor all those who died from the Russian invasion; their sacrifice will not go unnoticed.
