Capital Concentration and Key Market Players

Capital remains heavily concentrated among the top suppliers of electric generators as of 2025. To build the ranking, researchers examined the 20 largest legal entities with annual revenues exceeding 100 million UAH as of April 2026. These companies primarily manufacture electric motors, generators, and transformers.

  • Eliz LLC - 1.195 billion UAH
  • Ukrelectroapparat LLC - 1.107 billion UAH
  • EDS-POWER LLC - over 780 million UAH
  • Fujikura Automotive Ukraine Lviv LLC - nearly 499 million UAH

Most companies in the top 20 recorded revenue growth exceeding 50% in 2025. In Q2 2025, the top 20 firms saw a 44% revenue increase; in Q3, that figure rose to 65%; and in Q4, it reached 67%. This data points to steady market expansion, despite the slowdown compared to earlier years.

Regional Generator Procurement

In 2025, Kyiv allocated the largest amount for generator purchases-182.25 million UAH. Zaporizhzhia Oblast came in second with 114.87 million UAH, while Dnipropetrovsk Oblast spent 42.73 million UAH. Vinnytsia Oblast also invested, committing 10.90 million UAH.

Other regions with budgets exceeding 2 million UAH for generator procurement in 2025 included Khmelnytskyi, Kharkiv, Kyiv, Lviv, and Kirovohrad Oblasts. These figures highlight active efforts by regional authorities to secure their own power generation capacity.

The generator market's growth trajectory reflects not just business demand but also the broader challenges facing Ukraine, particularly amid the ongoing energy crisis.

Heavy investment in generators signals a strong push by regions toward energy independence and stability. This trend may prove crucial for further development of Ukraine's infrastructure and industrial capacity.
