Russia has intensified strikes on the TCC: what the Ground Forces offer
According to glavcom.ua: The Territorial Centers for Recruitment and Social Support of Ukraine may change their work format and partially move to remote servicing of citizens due to enemy attacks from Russian troops. This was reported by the speaker of the Ground Forces, Vitaliy Sarantsev.
According to him, Russian troops are conducting attacks on the TCC to disrupt the mobilization process. However, the mobilization process in Ukraine has not ceased and continues.
He also noted that many measures are being taken to implement digitalization. For example, new functionality has been added to the 'Reserve+' app to simplify communication between citizens and TCC and SP.
Changes in the service delivery format
According to the speaker, changes in the service delivery format are possible, particularly, some services may be provided remotely. Vulnerable regions may implement measures to reduce risks during enemy attacks.
We remind you that at the beginning of July, Russian drones attacked TCC in Poltava and Kremenchuk, as well as TCC in Kharkiv and Zaporizhzhia. As a result, buildings and property were damaged, but there were no casualties among military personnel and TCC staff.
Changes in the operations of territorial centers for recruitment and social support of Ukraine are due to enemy attacks from Russian troops. Changes in the service delivery format and the use of remote technologies are possible to ensure safety and continue the operation of these centers under difficult conditions. Despite the attacks, the mobilization process in Ukraine continues, and digitalization measures are being taken to improve communication between citizens and the centers.
