According to Главком: Russian forces have intensified strikes on gas stations in frontline regions of Ukraine, a direct response to Ukrainian military operations targeting Russian supply chains. Serhiy Flesh Beskrestnov stated:

“In response to our strikes on their logistics hubs, the enemy has decided to destroy all our frontline gas stations. They are using Shahed drones as well as other fixed-wing and rotary-wing UAVs.”

He emphasized that

“civilian gas stations have no impact on military fuel supplies, so the real goal here is to terrorize the civilian population.”

According to him, Ukrainians will find ways to manage fuel logistics: “Will residents run out of gasoline? Of course not. We are Ukrainians-we will figure out how to organize fuel logistics, distribution, and sales, and keep refueling.”
