Extensive Damage and Emergency Response

The attack in Odesa left one man dead and two others wounded. A fire ignited by the strike engulfed:

• a gas pipeline

Furthermore, the assault caused significant damage to:

• the roof and equipment of a 24-story residential building
• six passenger cars
• a fitness club building
• windows in surrounding houses
• a vacant three-story structure

More than 50 rescue workers and 13 pieces of equipment were deployed to Odesa to manage the aftermath. Psychologists from the State Emergency Service were also present at the impact sites to assist survivors.
