According to Kyiv’s mayor, Vitali Klitschko, the assault caused significant harm across the city, including damage to residential buildings, vehicles, and warehouse facilities.

Rescue efforts continue in the Solomianskyi district, where emergency teams are searching a five-story residential building, having already found four injured individuals. Meanwhile, a drone strike ignited a fire on the roof of an office building in the same area, which firefighters successfully extinguished. Additionally, a blaze broke out near warehouse structures in the Darnytskyi district but was quickly brought under control by emergency responders.

Casualties and Impact of the Attacks

In the Obolonskyi district, debris fell close to a residential building, shattering windows but causing no fires or further structural damage. A drone also crashed onto the grounds of a shopping center in the Sviatoshynskyi district, setting one store on fire; however, the fire was promptly extinguished.

In total, Russia deployed 173 drones during this offensive, including more than 50 jet-powered models. Ukraine’s air defense forces intercepted or neutralized 134 of these UAVs. Strikes were confirmed at 19 different locations throughout the region.
