Russia attacked Odesa region: one person injured, energy facilities on fire

According to ДСНС: Today an unfortunate event occurred - Russian troops attacked the Odesa region. This resulted in one person injured and damage to energy facilities, warehouses, and agricultural machinery. Rescue efforts were complicated by continuous 'air alerts', but security structures are already working on mitigating the consequences of the aggression.
