Russia shelled Kharkiv region: two dead, including a child among the injured

According to glavcom.ua: Russian troops attacked five settlements in the Kharkiv region, using various types of weapons and causing serious injuries to civilians. Over the past day, two people have died, and three have been injured, including even a child. This information was released by the head of the Kharkiv regional state administration, Oleg Synegubov.

There is also recorded activity of Russian occupation forces in temporarily occupied Luhansk, where a youth Stakhanovite movement is planned to be created, which will be mandatory for students of pseudo-universities controlled by the occupiers. This initiative appears to be an attempt to revive the Soviet system of relations, which raises serious concerns in Ukrainian society.
