Russia struck Kharkiv with a ballistic missile: civilians are among the injured

On the night of August 18, the Russian occupation army attacked Kharkiv. The city's mayor, Ihor Terekhov, reported that a ballistic missile hit a residential building in the Industrial District. Information about the injured is currently being clarified.
