According to Главком: On July 11, Russian forces carried out a strike on the city of Chernihiv, targeting a critical infrastructure facility. The attack left one employee of the facility injured. According to preliminary reports, windows in three private residential homes in Chernihiv were also damaged. The Chernihiv City Council press service confirmed that
“the enemy struck a critical infrastructure facility in Chernihiv.”
Beyond Chernihiv, the Russian military also launched attacks on civilian infrastructure in the Odesa region. The assault caused damage to:
- a polyclinic;
- at least three private residential buildings;
- other infrastructure facilities.
Additionally, occupiers fired missiles at Odesa city, resulting in casualties.
Strikes on Kharkiv and Kyiv
On the same day, July 11, Russian forces struck the Nemyshlyanskyi district of Kharkiv, causing injuries. During the night, powerful explosions were heard in Kyiv, prompting an air raid alert in the capital. The enemy attacked the city with missiles, also leading to casualties.
