According to Зеленський: In a major overnight assault, Russian forces launched over 370 attack drones and 21 missiles against Ukrainian targets. The capital Kyiv, as well as the regions of Sumy, Kharkiv, and Chernihiv, were struck. This attack is part of a sustained Russian campaign targeting civilian infrastructure to inflict maximum disruption. Numerous infrastructure sites were damaged, including in the city of Kharkiv, where impacts were recorded at:

• a maternity hospital
• a dormitory for displaced persons
• a medical college
• residential buildings

The assault has left dozens wounded, including at least one child. Tragically, one fatality has been confirmed.

In the capital and surrounding areas, energy infrastructure was a primary target for the drones and missiles.
