Russia launched mass strikes on Kharkiv region: 9 dead, 35 injured and destruction

According to glavcom.ua: Russian troops continue to shell the Kharkiv region, striking civilian settlements. In just the last week, 44 populated areas have been shelled, resulting in dozens of injuries. The head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleg Synegubov, confirmed these terrible facts.

“As a result of the shelling, 35 people were injured, including 4 children. This tragedy claimed the lives of 9 people and led to numerous injuries. Unfortunately, the casualties continue,” he stated.

The head of the OVA also announced a list of weapons used by the enemy during the shelling. Among them are missiles, air-to-surface rockets, drones, and other military equipment that target civilians.

The damage from the shelling has been recorded not only in the city of Kharkiv but also in neighboring areas. Residential buildings, infrastructure, and agriculture have all become targets of enemy attacks.

“During operations on the front line, the State Emergency Service crews identified and destroyed hundreds of dangerous items, and the number of combat clashes remains very high,” added Synegubov.

If similar attacks continue, large-scale military actions may resume on the part of Ukraine. The situation in the east of the country remains tense and requires immediate international actions to stop the aggression.
