This attack was another evidence of the ongoing aggressive policy of Russia towards Ukraine, which not only leads to human casualties but also seriously undermines the economy and infrastructure of the country. Given the scale and nature of the attacks, the issues of energy security and the protection of the civilian population remain critically important for the Ukrainian authorities and international partners.
