According to Зеленський: During the night and early morning hours, Russia launched a series of attacks across various Ukrainian regions, damaging residential buildings, vital infrastructure, and industrial sites. These assaults have caused injuries and fatalities, notably in Kharkiv and the Kyiv region. Emergency responders remain active on the ground, providing aid to those affected.

Damage and Casualties from the Attacks

In Kharkiv, a severe strike hit a multi-story residential building, partially destroying the second and fourth floors. Kyiv experienced damage to homes, communication facilities, and gas stations due to drone attacks. Among the destruction were a local café and an attempted arson at a food market. In the Odesa region, a vessel flying the Palau flag was targeted, while an ice cream factory in Zhytomyr was also hit. Residential properties in Sumy, Rivne, Kharkiv, and Odesa regions suffered damage, and critical infrastructure was struck in Vinnytsia, Dnipro, Khmelnytskyi, and Zaporizhzhia regions.

Reports indicate dozens of people wounded. In Kharkiv alone, 28 individuals were injured, including nine children. The Kyiv region confirmed two deaths, one of whom was an Azerbaijani citizen. Emergency services continue their intensive efforts to assist those in need.
