Атаку на термінал Нова Пошта у Дніпрі повторно здійснили російські війська.

Second Attack on Nova Poshta Terminal

According to Главком: On June 4, 2024, Russian forces carried out a second strike on the innovative Nova Poshta terminal in Dnipro. All employees were in shelter at the time of the attack, resulting in no casualties among staff. Police and the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SES) are currently on site.

This marks the second assault in two days: on June 3, the terminal was already damaged by an enemy drone strike. According to Nova Poshta’s press office, workers were also sheltered and unharmed during that incident. The company stated that it has backup logistics plans in place, so delivery delays are not expected.

'We have already reconfigured our logistics routes, so there will be no delivery delays. Nova Poshta will fully compensate the estimated value of shipments lost due to enemy attacks. We will contact each customer soon with details on compensation. Up-to-date information on shipments can be tracked in the Nova Poshta mobile app and on our website.' Nova Poshta Press Office

An assessment of the damage is currently underway, and detailed information about affected cargo will be available once emergency services have completed their work.

The Importance of Business Resilience

The repeated attacks on the Nova Poshta terminal highlight the growing hostile activity in the region, threatening not only infrastructure but also civilian safety. Despite these challenges, the company has demonstrated its ability to respond quickly, ensuring continuity of logistics services and supporting customers through compensation programs. These events underscore the critical need for reliability and resilience in business operations during wartime.

The ongoing conflict has severely impacted logistics operations across Ukraine, as evidenced by the recent drone strike that destroyed a Nova Poshta facility in Lymanka. This incident, along with the repeated attacks on the Dnipro terminal, illustrates the increasing threats faced by essential services.
