According to МВС: Russian forces carried out nearly 50 attacks across Dnipropetrovsk region in a single day, employing drones, artillery, and aerial bombs. These assaults claimed the lives of two men and caused injuries to at least nineteen others. Among the casualties, nine sustained wounds during the bombardments in Dnipropetrovsk.
Damage to Infrastructure and Emergency Response
In Sumy region, drones targeted a suburban diesel train, injuring approximately ten people. The strikes triggered fires that damaged residential buildings, a vehicle, as well as a locomotive and a railcar. Emergency crews responded promptly, evacuating passengers and extinguishing the fires.
These attacks highlight the ongoing Russian aggression jeopardizing civilian lives and critical infrastructure in Ukraine. Given the frequency and intensity of these strikes, rapid and coordinated emergency responses remain essential to protect the population. The situation in eastern Ukraine continues to be highly volatile, demanding close monitoring from both national authorities and the international community to prevent further escalation.
