According to glavcom.ua: A few days ago, Russian troops managed to penetrate the city of Pokrovsk, using information about the village of Zvyryevoye and the absence of infantry from one of the Ukrainian brigades. This was reported by the DeepState channel, referring to information from OSINT analysts.

Fight for the Defenders of Ukraine Street

The enemy is trying to consolidate its positions on the Defenders of Ukraine Street and is awaiting reinforcements. To avoid catastrophe, it is necessary to urgently support the soldiers of the 155th and 68th separate mechanized brigades.

“Currently, the search and destruction of enemy groups continues. Some have died, some have not yet,” the report says.

Casualties on the Ukrainian side have significantly increased, and the number of friendly fire incidents has risen, as the soldiers were aware of possible diversions but did not have sufficient information about their potential routes and locations.

The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrskiy, informed President Volodymyr Zelensky that the enemy is using the tactics of small infantry groups, but their attempts to capture Pokrovsk have been unsuccessful - the Ukrainian troops have repelled enemy attacks.

According to the analysis by the Institute for the Study of War, Ukrainian forces continue to advance towards Pokrovsk. Videos show that the Armed Forces of Ukraine are moving towards the village of Mykolaivka, northeast of Pokrovsk. The institute notes that the occupiers have reported movement west of Novaekonomika, but this information has not yet been confirmed.

The situation in the conflict zone in Eastern Ukraine remains tense. Russian troops are employing cunning tactics to seize new positions, but the Ukrainian forces are successfully repelling enemy attacks and actively continuing their offensive against the enemy.
