Kherson Attack Claims a Life
According to Главком: A 56-year-old man was killed on April 19 when a Russian strike hit a car in Kherson's Central District. Another individual was wounded and is currently hospitalized. Over the past day, more than 30 settlements in the Kherson region came under enemy fire, resulting in damage to infrastructure and residential buildings. In total, four people were wounded across the region. The Kherson region, partially occupied since 2022, remains a frequent target of intense shelling.

The shelling damaged two apartment buildings, eight private houses, a gas pipeline, a private moped, and a car. In a separate attack, a drone strike on Chernihiv during the night of April 19 resulted in the death of a 16-year-old boy.
“A 56-year-old resident of Kherson suffered injuries incompatible with life. My condolences to the family and loved ones of the deceased,” stated Oleksandr Prokudin, head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration.
