According to ДСНС: The situation in the Chernihiv region is becoming increasingly tense: Russian troops have attacked areas of the region using drones. In the Korukivka district, an infrastructure facility caught fire, in Novhorod-Siverskyi a local grocery store was damaged by a drone strike, and in Mena, fire engulfed a hangar of an agricultural enterprise. A massive firefighting team managed to save 40 tons of sunflower pellets. Preliminary reports indicate that no casualties have occurred.
Only time will tell the scale of this conflict and what consequences it will bring for the civilian population of the Chernihiv region. Local residents hope for a quick end to hostilities and the return of stability to the area.
