According to Главком: In the early hours of February 3, a Russian drone struck an apartment building in Kyiv's Shevchenkivskyi district, destroying the home of television producer Oleksii Honcharenko. Honcharenko was not present at the time of the strike. However, a family with a child was in the apartment directly above his. The child had left the room just three minutes before the drone hit. The explosion caused a fire that spread to Honcharenko's apartment, but all residents survived the incident.

Widespread Consequences of the Attack

The drone used in the attack was likely a Geran-type model. The assault was not confined to the Shevchenkivskyi district; it also affected other areas of Kyiv, including Dniprovskyi, Darnytskyi, Pecherskyi, and Shevchenkivskyi. Furthermore, strikes were reported in several other regions:

Oleksii Honcharenko, whose apartment was destroyed, is a well-known TV producer. He began his career as an actor at the Lesia Ukrainka Theater and later produced projects such as the first seasons of 'Dancing with the Stars' and 'Star Factory.' He also produced the musicals 'Chasing Two Hares' and 'Evenings on a Farm Near Dikanka.' Honcharenko is the founder of Friends production, the company behind shows like 'From Tomboy to Lady,' 'Key Moment,' 'Shopping Goddess,' and 'Lady-Peasant.' He has collaborated with the 1+1 and Novyi Kanal television channels.
