A competition has started at Energoatom for positions: who will lead the oversight

The Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine has announced the beginning of a competitive selection for four positions of independent members of the Supervisory Board of the Joint Stock Company "National Atomic Energy Generating Company Energoatom".

The competition will be conducted in accordance with the requirements and criteria developed by the Nominating Committee, and is part of a joint action plan with the G7 countries aimed at improving corporate governance at Energoatom.

From November 25 to December 4, 2025, candidates can submit their documents with the completed questionnaire to the email [email protected]. Both Ukrainian and foreign specialists with managerial experience can participate in the competition.

The candidate selection will include document evaluation, interviews with a recruitment agency, integrity checks, creation of a shortlist, and a final interview stage with the Nominating Committee. The entire selection process will be open and transparent, adhering to international standards.
