KEP for Declarations: Why You Should Not Be Afraid of Losing Your Electronic Signature

According to НАЗК: Only 8 days remain until the start of the declaration campaign on January 1. Today we are launching a new column where we debunk common fears among declarants.

One of the most common fears among declarants is losing or changing their KEP – qualified electronic signature. Previously, this was a somewhat complicated procedure, but now any personal KEP can be used to log into the personal electronic cabinet in the Declarations Register.

Previously, changing a KEP required a significant amount of time and effort at various stages. But now all personal KEPs can be used to access the Declarations Register.

To log into the Declarations Register with any personal KEP, you need to:

• choose an electronic trust service provider from the dropdown list;
• select the key;
• enter the password.
