Traffic restrictions at the border with Romania due to bridge repair
According to hvylya.net: Traffic restrictions at the border with Romania are ongoing due to the repair of the bridge over the Tisza River. This was reported by the State Customs Service.
According to information from the Romanian side, we inform citizens about the continuation of traffic restrictions at the 'Solotvyno - Sighetu Marmației' checkpoint. The restrictions will last for 45 days, from 09:00 to 15:30, starting from Monday, September 15, 2025,' the service noted.
Ukrainians are asked to take this information into account, and if they need to cross the border, to use other checkpoints.
For safety reasons and to continue the repair work on the bridge, traffic restrictions at the border with Romania have been extended for 45 days. Ukrainians are urged to use other checkpoints.
