Nova Poshta warns about phishing SMS: how to protect yourself from fraudsters
Fraudsters are targeting Nova Poshta clients with fake SMS.
According to hvylya.net: The company's press service reported on a phishing attack. Malefactors send text messages from unknown numbers, stating that the package is delayed due to an incorrect index, and provide a link for 'address confirmation,' which is actually intended to steal personal and banking data.
'Delete the message and warn your relatives, especially elderly people who may not suspect deception,' warns Nova Poshta.
Nova Poshta cautioned that these SMS messages have nothing to do with the company and are merely an attempt by fraudsters. They also urged people to avoid clicking on links in such messages and not to share personal information.
