Cyberattack destroyed the website of the Basketball Federation of Ukraine

The website of the Basketball Federation of Ukraine was disabled due to a powerful cyberattack that affected the servers of FBU's hosting partner. Hacked files forced the Federation to rebuild the website and mobile application from scratch.

Recently, the servers of our hosting partner suffered a large-scale cyberattack (the strongest in the last 20 years). Although they did not attack our database itself, many files were damaged. We are currently completely rebuilding the official website of the FBU and our mobile program

Currently, online statistics and competition schedules can be viewed, but some information may be unavailable until the website is fully restored. The Federation apologizes for the inconvenience and advises to refer to social media for updated information.

Success of the Ukraine men's national team in the pre-qualification for the World Cup 2027

Our national men's basketball team achieved victory in the pre-qualification for the World Cup 2027, defeating the Slovak team with a score of 98:86. This success allowed the team to advance to the second stage of the World Cup qualifying.

After the cyberattack on the FBU website, the Federation is working on restoring its information platform. Meanwhile, the Ukrainian basketball team continues to delight with victories on the international stage, moving towards the world championship with the squad.
